Platform Use
Users must provide accurate details, protect their account credentials, and use the platform lawfully. Abuse, fraud, automation misuse, or manipulation of member systems may lead to suspension or permanent access removal.
Limited Stock And Availability
Product listings, rarity tags, and drop timing are informational and may change. Limited stock can sell out quickly, and the store does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uninterrupted access, or uninterrupted scheduling.
Reservations, Claims, And Fulfillment
A claim, reservation, waitlist action, or order request is not final acceptance. Final fulfillment can require manual verification, age verification, payment confirmation, fraud checks, and direct store approval.
Member Features And Points
Points, wheel rewards, pass mechanics, and related member perks are optional engagement features. The store may rebalance, pause, or remove these systems to protect fairness, integrity, or technical stability.
Age-Restricted Products
Products and services are intended only for legally eligible adults. Users who do not meet legal age requirements must not use the platform or attempt purchase-related activity.
Liability Limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the platform is provided on an as-is basis. The store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays, stock changes, outages, or third-party service interruptions.
Changes To Terms
Terms may be updated at any time to reflect legal, business, or system changes. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
